I bought the Sansa c 240 during my vacation and lost the cd, the computer does not recognise it in the usb port, how do i install the software?
What OS are you using? Most OS’s is plug and play.
I think its plug and play, cuz when i use it in my laptop, where i installed the cd, i just plug it and i can delete or put songs in it.
What OS are you running on the computer you are having issues on? What mode are you using on the player?
nothing i can’t use it. i plug it and nothing comes up.
check out waht it says in device manager when plugged in. Rightclick on my computer and select manage. any ? or !
