hi, can anyone help me find out how to use wd my passport with my surface 2 tablet. i downloaded the app but still the tablet says that the device is not compatible with windows 8? what do i do?

Hi ishajain, what version of the Windows tablet you have, Pro or RT? Have you tried to connect the Passport to a Desktop or laptop PC to see if the same problem happens?
