Help My new WD Elements 4TB wont work on any of my PCs

I just bought a new external WD Elements Basic Storage  4TB it wont come up on my old Win 8 PC or on my new Acer Nitro I tried support and found nothing at all. there’s no cd included with drivers and I been checking for drivers but found nothing.

Please some body help.

Look in Disk Management and see if the drive is there and has a drive letter assigned.

Same thing happened to me, it showed up on window 7 devices but not in my computer.

Called tech support and you have to partition it using the disk management tool.

On win7 right click on Computer and select Manage
