Try a different pc, port, and cable. If that doesn’t work, and if the drive doesn’t show up in Computer, but does in Disk Management, and there are no clicking noises, then it’s possible that you have file corruption on the drive. You could try data recovery.
I tried every way. It’s reading on the computer. However, after unlock is turned on, both the light is fixed and the file does not appear. So my computer has access to the my hard disk, but it does not show me the files.
Yeah, this doesn’t sound good, I’d contact support to see what they say.

Try scanning the disk for errors with Windows if that is your kind of computer. If a mac, there is a way as well, but you will have to google to find out how. You may have to google to find out how to do this on Windows if you don’t know how. After any disk errors are fixed your drive may be OK again.

The suggestion I made to scan the disk does not affect the guarantee. It is standard disk maintenance. Scan the disk for errors; it will not hurt a thing and it might help.
The problem you have could happen to ANY hard disk, so it is unfair to put blame on anyone,
I did all sorts of scans on the disc and I didn’t sleep for 3 full days. The reason is that, my lecture notes and videos all in there. I have an exam after 3 weeks. What would you do. I hope the help from the prevailing person. And there is nobody in turkey who is authorized to answer correctly. I emailed WD Support 2 times. There is no mail other than automatic incoming mail. Tell me what you did then?
I said maybe I can not do this. So the guy I did not get the idea I did not ask. In Germany, Australia and America, I know how much I know people, and I see them all.
