help if possible

my dad bought me a sansa 2GB clip and it only works on xp and vista… but i hooked it into my pc that is windows me and it says connected but i need drivers.

how can i find drivers for it

Sounds like it’s a USB issue on the computer side.  Do other USB devices, especially USB storage devices, work? 

See if you can reinstall the USB drivers.

Short answer:  Windows ME is not a supported firmware.  But perhaps others will be able to assist.

Did you try connecting in MSC mode?  (Either selecting MSC under Settings/USB; or putting the player into hold and then pressing the center button down WHILE connecting to your computer.)
