Ok…SO i just tried one more time to download my music on the clip. when I unplugged it, it went black. No refreshing content, nothing. I turned it on,got to music. said there was no music on player. a few seconds later it went to record, then cut off. It has a full battery charge. I really believe it’s either broken or defective…can someone please help…
