Hi,
This is a brand new SanDisk Ultra 3D SSD for my Windows 10 laptop upgrade. I follow instruction download Acronis WD edition for the job. Acronis recognized the SSD and allowed me to go through Clone Disk Wizard to the point of Windows restart. Windows restarted, briefly showed “Starting Acronis Loader …”, and then the screen just blacked out for hours. I repeated the process a few times, resulting the same black screen everytime.
