Hello SanDisk support people - Cannot Drag files from flash drive to Mac (OSX 10.8)

PW opens secure drive alright, but cannot drag files to computer.

I am not only one with this issue, so you must surely know how we should proceed.

What is fix please.

this seems to be a bug with the mac version of the softwear. the work around is to right click the file or files and select restore. then it will ask you where you would like to save the files.

thanks tapeworm, I was also hoping someone here might know what’s up with this situation, I guess not. Will go to technical support too.
