Hard drive size not reading correctly in windows explorer

  I have a Western Digital 3.0 TB hard drive and I have Windows 7 ultimate  and in windows explorer, it only says I have 100 mb.  Please somebody help me out here.

Have you tried formatting the hard drive using GPT? Check the link below for more information.
