Had import a lot of pics during a music festival; no pic on the HDD?

Hi! I have a very big problem with the WD Wireless!
I had use it to put my pics from my DSLR camera SD cards to a safe place (and continu to take photos)
But at home, i plug it to my computer and… NOTHING AT ALL is inside!! O.o
I am 100% sur that the white led was blinking during something about one hour (depending of the size of the SD), so how can it happen?
In the Windows explorer, it show that… it’s almost 100% empty!
I’m really downhearted about this lost, please, if someone have any idea…
Thanks a lot in advance!

Unfortunately, if Windows Explorer indicates there’s little to no used spaced then the files were not properly synchronized.

Are the files listed when using the mobile app?

@RomRom22 You didn’t mention whether or not you had the drive configured to automatically import when the SD Card is inserted. Did you? Refer to chapter 7 in the User Manual: “Automatically Moving/Copying Data from your SD Card

While this is no consolation for your lost photographs, I’d like to chime in and mention that I too find the lack of positive feedback a bit disconcerting. I am never confident enough in the automatic sd card import to take it on faith. I always connected to the drive using my phone in order to confirm that the import was successful. (I recently returned from a 6 week trip where I took approximately 200GB of photographs - JPEG + Raw.)

I think it would be nice if there was a quick way to get information about the “Last Import”. A link at the top level when one first connects would be very helpful. Something like:

Last Import Status: 31 GB Imported, No Errors, 450 JPEG files, 15 Video files, 480 other files

with a link to the folder.

Such a status should appear on both the “My Cloud” app interface and on the Dashboard.
