I just bought Version 250 and I am using the video converter…but it is not reading that my player is plugged in…i have tried everything and I am about to return this thing. Please help me
Is it recognized on the computer (like in my computer) and do other programs like windows media player see it? Also are you in MSC mode? (Which series player btw? E,C,M(which wouldn’t work)?
