Every time I start WMP 10, Rhapsody, or plug in my Fuze Windows starts the ‘Get Connected’ wizard. I continue to get an error message stating the device was not installed correctly.
Both WMP10 and Rhapsody can see the device and I can see all the files on the device using My Computer. I have succesfully synced several times so the device seems to be working as it should; however I get the pop up dialogue box every time I connect the device. It tells me to run Activesync.
How can I get the computer to either ‘install the device correctly’ or quit telling that it hasn’t?
I have an 8gb Fuze with ver 2.01.17 installed, the laptop is running Windows XP
