Some podcasts get garbled sound as soon as the backlight goes off. I read a similar post and Sandisk seems to say that VBR is the culprit, but these are not VBR. From what I can tell, only stereo encoded podcasts exhibit the problem. Mono ones play fine. I’ve sent techsupport an email.
Along with many others on the forum, I am trying to learn about the Fuze and mp3 technology it uses. What does “VBR” mean?
