Trying to uppgrade firmware manually, I drag the unzipped file to the players rootcatalogue and then disconnect the player. Nothing happens. I currently have ver 18F.
The Sansa Updater wont work. When connecting the player to computer the Sansa Updater will start, but no uppgrade is being performed.
The player is in MSC-mode. Computer os is WIndows XP.
I know Im missing something, but what?
