Fuze works on moms computer but not mine.

i just bought an Dell Inspiron with windows XP

and my fuse wont work

but if i take it off and hook it back up to my mothers then it does.

ive reinstalled the drivers ive done everything i can think of.

it says when i go to device manager Massive Storage Device witha  yellow ! next to it

and yeah thats pretty much i can say

ANY help would be apreciated!

The yellow triangle in Device Manager is the hot ticket.

Uninstall / disable the device, reboot, and plug in your Sansa again.  The computer will reinstall the driver for it.

Are you using MTP mode?  This mode has a more involved driver that is part of Windows Media Player 10 / 11.
