I have now put videos on 7 different Sansa Fuzes for friends for Christmas. This last one will not resume playback, it starts every movie from the beginning unlike all of the others. I put the movies on this one at my friend’s house on her PC and the update installer wouldn’t install. All of the others I did at my house and started by putting the latest firmware on them. I believe this one I just did had the latest but I couldn’t update it anyway, it wouldn’t let me.
Any ideas how I can get the resume playback option initiated? If I need to, I can probably install the latest firmware from my PC (but I don’t have the Fuze in my possession). Does anyone think it’s the firmware issue?
