i have the old fuze. When i connect it to my computer it won’t show up and while it’s connected it turns on then changes to a blue or white screen so then i need to take the battery off. Also it says that it’s full when it’s completely empty
Try changing the USB mode. Settings/System Settings/USB Mode.Try MTP and MSC.
If that doesn’t help try forcing a connection.
With the unit off, slide the power switch down to click into Hold position.
Connect the USB cord to the computer and open Windows Explorer (Computer or My Computer).
Hold down the << side of the wheel and connect the USB cord to the Fuze.
With any luck it will pop up in the My Computer.
