i was listening to my fuze and decided to turn it off and when i tried to turn it on it froze at the sansa logo and does not connect to the computer help would be appreciated
Did you add files to the Fuze while it was on? If so you need to somehow remove them. Try sliding the power switch up and hold it for 20 seconds. Then try it again. If it freezes again, search this forum for how to force the player to MSC Mode, and run the chkdsk utility in windows.
