On my new Fuze I am on firmware 01.01.22F, the Updater works, the converter works, the Fuze workes but the diplay turns black as soon as I touch the thumbwheel or the home button. I cannot see where I move to with the thumbwheel. Any advice for that problem?
Return or exchange it. That’s not right, and there’s nothing you as a user can do to correct it.
