Man, I tired of the Sansa Express.
I have two, and both of them had(have) a lot of problems. I send BOTH of them TWICE in the service, and EVERYTIME they REPLACED them and I still have problems.
Now, after I put an album on the player, if you go to Artist or Album tag, you will find the name of the album or the artist and another section (from the same album or artist), but written with some kind of chinese characters. If you try to play those with the funny characters, the player freezes for 5-10 secondes.
I edit over and over again the tags, but nothing. THE same problem.
I"M FED UP WITH THIS.
I don’t know how are the other players from Sansa, but the Express version is just a failure.
