Cool. I picked one up last month in the deal. I didn’t really need it (I really need a replacement jukebox player, with tons of space; would be nice if someone other than the fruit company would come out with one–are you manfs. listening?!?), but I must say, it is way cool to have, and gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling about my Clip+. 
And, the deal is back on again at Fry’s/frys.com, for the 16GB microSD card. Actually, the last deal seems to have just continued on, but with a new rebate offer (so if you did the deal last week, for example, you could do the rebate again now).
Also, as to the rebate: totally reliable, in my experience–I received my rebate today, less than 3 weeks after I had mailed the rebate form/proof of purchase in. Now this is how a rebate program should be run.
