It will come on, but won’t scroll and browse my songs or anything on home page. What do I need to do?
Try a reset. Slide the power switch up and hold it there for ~20 seconds before releasing it. Then turn it on normally and see if things work.
this isn’t working
Had this happen with my daughters fuze…tried everything…eventually let it sit until battery died (which on the fuze takes forever!) then charged it and turned back on and it was fine for a little while but then not too long later frozen again…wound up taking it back and exchanging for another.
My son’s fuze froze once, but a reset did the job and since then we updated firmware and has not happened since…
So not sure if it is a firmware thing or something else, but in talking with relatives and friends that have this device, seems to be a common animal.
