Formatting

Could someone please help me. Every time I start my external it makes me re-format the drive, I have done it a few times I just need to know if anyone else has had this problem

Hi there

Your drive may have data corruption or bad sectors, test the drive with TestDisk, if the drive continues with the problem contac WD to verify the warranty and replace it.-
