This is the first time I am using this product so I am TOTALLY clueless as to what to do.
I installed the Smartware, everything was okay. THEN there is this column saying no written blah blah (I forgot what is the actual thing) and the Back up and the Retrieve tabs are Gray in colour. So I cannot back up anything.
THEN i read some of the comments which is somehow confusing and end up click on Quick formatter.
Now my laptop recognises my drive as New volume G and could not be detected by Smartware anymore.
Is there any method to get it back up and running like normal ??
