How do you format the c140 so I can add new songs. It seems to have a lot of space available but won’t let me add new songs.

Just to let you know I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix my c140 and following all sorts of instructions on this forum. One thing that annoyed me is that the video (for XP) on formatting wasn’t right - at least for me.
Every time I right clicked on my player in My Computer there was no option to Format. However, when I clicked Explore I saw that there was something called TCNANDO and that I was able to Format. Once I’d accomplished that, I was then able to add music again.
