Format my laptop and re install windows and restore all my files using WD Smartware software

Hello,

I am looking to format my laptop and reload windows. I have backed up my laptop using the MyNet N900 central. it shows up using the WD Smartware software. It shows up as “c:” on the list of my back ups. What are my next steps? After i format my hard drive and re install WD smartware software, will it allow me to retrieve my “c:” back up? Or will it not allow me since it will be essence a new laptop.

Hello,

After you install Windows you have to install WD Smartware and go to the “Retrieve” tab and follow the on screen instructions.
