I forgot my WD passport external hard drive password and need help in getting this recovered.
Another absent minded person … Identical to this post , sorry but you’re in big trouble
I guess the whole point of password encryption is to protect your data
from prying eyes or if your drive gets stolen.
If it’s easy to by-pass the password encryption then “what’s the point” in having it ?
