Undetect problem may be caused by:
A corrupt drive
Software blocking
Not enough power from the USB port
Try the backside USB port if you use a desktop computer
Try Safe Mode of Windows operating system to check the software blocking
Try different computer
If a flash drive cannot be detected on several computers, even in Safe Mode can’t, then the flash drive is dead. And you may go get a new one from the seller or local distributor.
It could be that the drivers on that PC are corrupted. Have you tried to plug this is on different PCs yet with admin rights?
