Basically mybook won’t appear on my computer and the light is just flashing repeatedly as in the video. When I hold down the power button nothing happens it won’t turn off. Tried unplugging it, replugging it in different sockets etc - nothing.
This just happened one day when i turned it on. Very annoying as it had important files for my studies that i need to get at. Someone help please!
p.s if there is nothing I can do about it and mybooks just broken, is there a way i can get the files of of it?
