Trying to update firware for MyBook 4TB external drive. Keep getting message that the drive is in use. Suggestions? Thx.
Unless you are having problems with the drive I wouldn’t bother withthe firmware updates unless there is a security issue. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Botched firmware have caused a lot of people big problems.
