When turning on, file system error comes up. Then turns off. Please help!

This is a BullS…t response. There are so many questions about this. I have had at least 2 devices that run into this problem and the only response is to open an ticket that does nothing. Either fix the problem or give customs the option to send the device in so you can fix the file problem that is cause by nothing but using the device.
