Hi, I just started using SanDisk Secure Access 2.0. And I did not know that it auto save in temp file when I press “ctrl + s” in my word file instead of my designated folder . Is there a way to recover the saved file, after I removed the pendrive from my pc? My whole day worth of work is in that file. :cry:

unfortunatelly the secure access vault logs out automatically after some time and if you are working on a file that is stored inside the vault it might be not stored again if you do changes on the files
in that case i would suggest to temporarily store the word document to your unsafe area of your flash drive, make the changes and store again into the vault.
i dont think that there is a possibility to recover your file now.
We no need to worry about these kind of issues because of data recovery software, we can easily get the solution and restore the important data in a short span of time.

for sure there are many data recovering softwares but if the data is encrypted i dont know what will be the point to recover them if you can open them because of the encryption.
just my thought though maybe it will still work you never know.
