My passport fell down in the ground ana works for little mintues and transferred some data then switched off.
It’s appeared as USB but don’t find it at my computer to open it!
It had very important data and I have to recover it

Is the information still on your computer? You have most likely lost what is on the Passport, although there are recovery businesses which might help you. Try search “Recovery” in Knowledge Base or Support. Or on the Internet.

Hard drive is most probably stuffed … contact a Data Recovery Service (and be prepared to dig deep into your wallet $$$) … if they do manage to recover your “Important Files” keep a Back-Up next time …
