while installin the new smc, i get a fatal error message and the setup just shuts down, on my previous version i cant even upload vids to my e250 this program is pathetic, if any1 finds a better one or a fix post it plz!
I am having the same problem, so I look forward to help as well.
go to control panel and delete all previous installations.
Go to the Program Files folder and delete any Sansa Media Converter folders.
RESTART the computer, and try again…
