fat32 corrupt??

So my son plugged in his sansa 4 gb and it tells us that the thing is corrupt~telling me to recover! can anyone help me?  My computer doesnt recognize it when i plug it in and i tried the soft reset! thanks in advance

This error correction process takes only a few minutes.  Let us know how it goes!  If you are familiar with the Windows chkdsk utility, “manage” uses the same process.
