Extreme USB 3.0 32GB - Device connected sound plays but device not working

Hi, my Extreme USB 3.0 32GB now working anymore.

When I plug it in to a pc, I hear the windows device connected sound. However, usb disk not shown in my computer or disk management.

I have tried in different pcs and other devices such as media players etc. but problem persists.

Please help.

It might be already defective. You might want to check if you’re eligble for RMA.
