Hello
I just used the Sansa ClipZip’s internal Format and restore to factory settings features to wipe it clean. Now whenever I hook it up to my computer, WMP lists two ‘Internal Storage’ folders in addition to the External Card. I can click on one of them and nothing happens, but the other internal memory option seems to function.
Why has this happened and how can I have WMP stop listed one bogus internal memory and one good one?
