hi i just bought this hhd 4to usb3.0/2.0 and plug in my computer but my pc said driver cant be instal… i canot get acces to the hdd and when i try to uptdate the drive it say that is not working
Hello, check if you have the latest USB 3.0 drivers for your computer. To get them go to the manufacturer support page. You can also try connecting the My Book to another PC to see if the problem continues.
