Its been a while. my wd5000BMVV-11GNWSO 2061-701675-604 04P hard disk microUSB socket got loose. It would work if i hold its ends. Then I gave it to local electrical workshop, then it stopped working at all. Then I took it to couple of more places. They said it wouldn’t work unless I’m going to spend a big amount of money on it.
Can I fix it somehow without much hassle and without much money?
Whenever I connect it to computer, it makes periodic clicking sounds but the computer says “USB device not recognized”. What should I do? Please help.
