After plugging my express in the back of my computer, I check to see if it is being recognized in My Computer. It does not show a USB Device being attached. On my toolbar it does have the icon showing it is plugged in. I double-clicked on it and went to properties. I followed the instructions to reinstall driver. Message said a driver had been found. I clicked Next only to see a message saying installation was interrupted because a functional driver was not identified. I am totally lost as to what to do. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Do I need to install a driver or select one or is my MP3 player bad?
