I don’t see a formal way for submitting feature requests, but a couple things I would really like to see in an upcoming firmware update for the Sansa Connect concern wireless network capability:

It would be great to be able to connect to wifi networks that require a web-based login or acceptance of terms: almost every wifi hotspot I see requires this for access. Perhaps there could be a little web browser for facilitating those connections. It wouldn’t have to have fancy web features, just enough to submit a web form and store cookies.

Additionally, the lack of WPA-Enterprise support is sad. My university (Ohio State, the largest in the US), requires PEAP and MS-CHAP-V2 to access its wireless network, and it’s a shame I can’t use the Sansa Connect there.
I wrote tech support for the 2nd point, but I think the 1st point might be even more helpful to people.
