first I wana thank to helpe,then my “my passport Studio” device after I have done of its instuling and downloding and all of that , the HDD hasn’t worke( whate I mean is the icon of the WD hasn’t found in “my computer” file) altough the hard disck is working and the led light is run as wall…so pleaaaaaase help me how to do it now ???
There are several things that you can check.
The drive comes formatted for Mac. If you have not done so, reformat the drive for Windows.
You will need to initialize the drive first. Bare in mind that all data will be erase when you format.
