Error while registering product

I am trying to register a product I purchased last month by going to the URL Support Login, however I try I am getting a weird error while selecting Purchase Location. The error says “There was an error with the request and the action could not be completed.” and this error is not allowing me to register the product.

Has anyone faced similar issue lately, and is there any solution to the problem?
