I get this error message no matter what type of video I am trying to convert. I have tried .mov, wmv, avi. I have the current versions of Windows Media Player and Quicktime. The file I want to convert is only like 38megs. I have an e260 with it set on MTP mode. My converter is the Arcsoft version. Is there a better one to get. I read something about a version made by intervideo but I can’t seem to find a place to download it.
