Error opening vault on Cruzer Glide 8GB

I’m getting the following error when I try to open a vault on an 8GB Cruzer Glide:

“An error occurred. Please make sure you have enough space on your external device and you are not launching the application from a zip file.”

This is NOT a password issue. The drive properties are showing ~9.9GB free space and RunSanDiskSecureAccess is being run directly from the drive (not from a zip file). My OS is windows 10. This is the only vault on the driver, how can I recover from this error?

Anyone else see  a problem with these two statements?  I can see why SecureAccess is having a problem.

Typo, should’ve been ~6.9 GB.

:-(  Then I have no idea why you are getting that error.  Sorry.
