Error message when loading MP3

I puchased this shaker for my son and I’m trying to load it on my computer.  I have it all hooked up and when i connect the USB cable I get an error message that pops up and says

FAILED TO LOCATE SUPPORTED FILE TYPES OR THERE ARE NO PHOTOS FOUND ON THIS DEVICE…

Nothing else pops up and I’m pretty sure we can’t load songs since we do not have a window option to load songs…Is this my pc issue or is it the shaker issue.

Any help would be great!

sounds like your not to sure what your doing. This device should work the same as a flash drive, connect it to the pc and look inside of “my computer”, an extra drive shoudl pop up that you can open.

Once opened, you can drag and drop your files to your liking.

based on what your explaining, anouther program is trying to open the memory on the shaker. And since there are no pictuers on it, you get those error messages.

I’m doing this and the new songs I drag into show they took, but they are not playing on the MP3, it’s the same ones that it came with…It’s like they aren’t loading onto the shaker.
