I am trying to downloaded the smc and now as it getting prepared to install or complete download with litterally 99% left a pop up window comes up and says: “Error Instaling iKernal. exe: (oxa00)” i have a windows xp. could someone please explain what this means and what i need to do to complete installation?
Error Message: Error installing iKernal.exe: (0xa00)
The above error is caused if you do not have the proper privilege level in Windows 2000 or XP to install software. Software must be installed from an Administrator account or from a user account with an Administrator or Power User privilege level.
