Error message File not found (404 17.26)

Hi,

Anyone had this problem before; I uploaded some photos from my iPad4 using WD Photos, but cannot see them when I look for them using WD Photos.  WD 2go can see the directory & photos, my laptop can see the directory & photos as the photos are in the Public share, but WD Photos can’t see them.  Once when I opened WD Photos, I got a message “Error message File not found (404 17.26)”, not sure if this is related?

Any ideas?

Hi,

I’m using a Duo, and I had selected the rescan the media library, but nothing changed; I could only see a fraction of the photos. In desperation today I went into the iPad settings / WDPhotos settings and selected Clear cache on next launch, restarted WDPhotos and amazingly I can now see all of my photos!!

Maybe it’s the combination of both actions that is needed? Anyway, I’m still disappointed in the WDPhotos app, it should take this amount of effort to fix a “simple” problem like this.
