Hi…My book drive was full, so I erased it, thinking I could just start backups from the clean drive. Unfortunately, it seems that I also erased all the settings and so on. I can’t do a backup, can’t access the drive settings, etc. I don’t know what to do. I’m just a regular user, not someone with a huge IT background. I’m reasonably competent around computers, but anyone who can provide an answer for a layperson will be HUGELY appreciated. I just want to have the book drive up and working again, so that I can do a backup. Thanks.
