I’d would like to erase my My Passport Essential HD and start over…think I got in too deep at first and not quite sure of what I am doing. I was able to save pictures and clips one by one but can’t seem to figure out how to transfer whole files and folders…can’t find them on the external except for a few. What would I need to do after I have erase. Where would I get the software again?
This device has more capabilities than I really need but will figure it out eventually. I do want the locking capability but I think I read that that feature is included in the software anyway.
